Incorrect device strap connections

Strap seems to be good and possibly reliable - The connections for the V19 PRO do not match with the strap received

bands are awful

My first band lasted about 9 months. Took 3 weeks to get new one, the band that holds watch wand broke after a couple of months. I ordered two new ones about a month ago. The first band the band that holds extra band broke with in first day. The second band that piece lasted a week. I like the watch but the bands seem to be trash.
