The replacement band you sent me does not fit watch

On Oct. 16th, I ordered a replacement band for my V19, It was delivered Oct. 25th but it was the wrong band, does not fit my V19. I sent an email on Oct. 25th noting the issue. As of today, Oct. 27th I have not received any response. As of this time , I will never purchase another MorePro product and would recommend that anyone considering buying a MorePro product to think twice.
On Wednesday, June 07th, I bought a black strap for my V19 Pro on your official website https://www.more-pro.com, Order 4751.
On Tuesday, June 20th, I received a strap that doesn't work for my watch; not the one I ordered.
1 week ago, I sent you an email, and so far I have not received any answer for [****], [****] or [****]
