Return Policy

At more-pro, we guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the products you have received, please see the following instructions:

(1)Defective Products:
All defective products can be replaced for good ones or get a refund. If you have received defective items, please contact us within 7days after you receive the goods. After we confirm the problem, we will send you good replacements or refund you.

(2)Non-defective Products:
Products that are not defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if return the goods simply because of your personal reason instead of Morepro-related reasons but must apply within 7days from the arrival date of shipment. Please kindly note that customer should be responsible for return shipping costs, so please kindly contact us before you send items back.

The following information is required when you reflect the problem:

>Reasons
>Image of defective items if possible

 

Refund Policy

  1. All return items must be in their original condition and packaging. The original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. Please include a slip with your Order ID number, full name and reason for return inside the return package.
  3. Consider insuring the return package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Morepro is not responsible for items that are not delivered or damaged upon arrival.
  4. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product

 

Product Warranty

Morepro warrants to the purchaser that your device shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 180days from the date of purchase.
